3Gen Consulting does not guarantee reimbursement outcomes, claim acceptance, payment timelines, risk score results, quality scores, audit findings, regulatory approvals, or financial performance. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including payer policies, clinical documentation, client workflows, regulatory changes, and third-party determinations beyond 3Gen’s control.

Analytics, AI & Decision-Support Tools

Any analytics, predictive insights, benchmarks, dashboards, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions provided by 3Gen (including the Gen‑i product suite) are intended to support operational efficiency and decision-making. These outputs do not replace professional judgment, clinical decision-making, compliance oversight, legal interpretation, or payer determinations. Clients remain solely responsible for decisions, submissions, and actions taken based on these tools.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to 3Gen Consulting. By submitting content (including forms, files, data, or communications), you grant 3Gen a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, transmit, and display such content solely for purposes of delivering services, improving products, and supporting business operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, software, interfaces, reports, and tools, is the property of 3Gen Consulting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

Protected Health Information (PHI)

To the extent that services involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI), such access is governed by applicable Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and relevant healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA. Use of the Site alone does not establish a Business Associate relationship.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3Gen Consulting, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
